Marketing/Public Relations Interns NEEDED for the

Metropolitan Oasis CDC

NON-PROFIT PUBLIC RELATIONS PROJECT

  • 4-6 month Internship
  • PR Teams Consist of:
    • Marketing Specialist
    • Fundraising Specialist
    • Public Administration Specialist
  • This team will be assembled and interviewed by our HR Department and the internship will be broken down in three parts:
    • Phase One-Month One: 
    • Phase Two-Months 2-3: 
    • Phase Three-Months 3-6: 

We are open to all fundraising ideas and looking for some fresh innovative thinkers!!

Monday-Friday     8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday, Sunday and Agency Observed Holidays-CLOSED

Note:  Field Staff are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week

 

Bridging the Gap Family Access Center (Supervised Visitation)

General Center Hours- 219 881-6646

Monday-Friday      10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday               9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Sunday and Agency Observed Holidays-CLOSED

Volunteer Visitation Site Monitors (ONGOING)

Service Overview Under the supervision of the Site Coordinator or Therapist will monitor all supervised visits and exchanges for clients receiving services. 

 

Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED equivalent.  Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and time management skills.  Knowledge of child/abuse and neglect laws and knowledge of child and adult development a plus.   Above average writing and communication skills.

 

 

COMPLETE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, including LIMITED CRIMINAL HISTORY, FINGERPRINTS, SEX AND VIOLENT OFFENDER, BMV, AND CHILD ABUSE REGISTRY CHECKS ARE CONDUCTED ON ALL CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT AND/OR CONTRACT WITH THE MOCDC.
